HI, Tim,

I've put the MA file of the XBT data (fully QCd) and the CTD excel files
on our ftp site -

  ftp.marine.csiro.au

cd pub/gronell/dataexchange

and get the Aurora*.gz files.

There is one CTD file containing all the data (P and T only with
latitude only - metadata is sparse) plus several containing one cast
only. I haven't taken a good look... It's been suggested that we'll
need both up and down casts since the water mass might have heaved in
the interim between xbts (I doubt that it would have moved that much
but...). So I'll send you the calibrated data as soon as it's available
- in around a week or so.

Questions? Thanks!

Cheers, Ann.

Ann,

Yes, please send the XBT and CTD data to me. MEDS format is fine for
the XBTs. The Excel spreadsheets are fine for the CTD data.
Later it would be great to get the full resolution CTDs with
temperature and salinity. But for now, I am getting closer to
assembling as full as possible a set of side-by-side CTD/XBT
tests which I would like to make available to the community as
soon as I can. The data from this cruise will be a valuable addition
to
    that data set.

Thanks much,
Tim
